This pre­in­stalled copy of win­dows comes with the appro­pri­ate dri­vers (scripts that tell your com­puter how to inter­act with win­dows) and also third party soft­ware such as nor­ton inter­net secu­rity and other pre­in­stalled soft­ware vary­ing depend­ing on the manufacturer.
